SPARK was assigned the task of creating a unique mobile app experience for MarketMan. Our strategy involved implementing adaptive design to cater to on-the-go users. While MarketMan's software offers detailed reports and numerous features, our approach for the mobile app was to emphasize ongoing events happening in the user's business and keep them up-to-date with the most important events. By leveraging our expertise in UI/UX, we developed a solution that focused on delivering a seamless and user-friendly mobile app experience for restaurant and hospitality operators.
The main Dashboards
Building apps is focused on daily engagement. The main dashboard of the app aims to provide an overview of your business's current status. The top section of the dashboard highlights two main tasks - creating new orders and scanning incoming invoices. The second part covers reports on received orders, order history, and invoices in a summarized format.
Keeping Costumers engaged
Keeping users motivated after the initial excitement of a new app has faded can be a challenge. One effective way to improve user engagement during both onboarding and regular product usage is to celebrate their progress. This progress doesn't have to be significant. Recognizing small wins can not only make users feel better about themselves but also improve their opinion of your app. This, in turn, leads to more frequent and engaged sessions.
